Responsibilities:
As a OT - Hand Therapist, You'll Achieve Success By:
* Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
* Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
* Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
* Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist Requirements:
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
* Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
* Basic computer skills
* CPR and first aid certification required
* Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred OR
* CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice ), awaiting board examination , OR
* Level II fieldwork in hand therapy , with relevant continuing education , and 1-2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT, OR
* New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with a a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and a commitment to pursuing advanced training and certification in hand therapy
Compensation: $90K - $120K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
