• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)strongly preferred  OR

  • CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice ),  awaiting board examination ,  OR

  • Level II fieldwork in hand therapy , with  relevant continuing education , and 2+ years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a  licensed OT; NO New Grads

• Experience treating upper-extremity (UE) diagnoses , including repetitive strain injuries, arthritic conditions, nerve injuries, ligament and tendon injuries, post-surgical conditions, fractures, sprains and strains, and nerve and tendon transfers and repairs. Experience with splinting and orthotic fabrication preferred.

• Experience treating pediatric patients and a demonstrated interest in providing pediatric occupational therapy services as part of a combined hand therapy and pediatric caseload

Compensation: $91K - $108K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
